Patient View - Appointments
When you are in the Patient View you can see a patients future appointments as well as their appointment history.
The view is split into:
- Future appointments
- Past appointments
- DNA's
- Cancelled appointments
The time for all show appointment history is defined in Preferences - Patient Data.
Each heading in the Appointments column of Patient View will show you a maximum of 5 appointments, with further appointments accessed by selecting the heading >.

Editing Appointment History
When an appointment, for instance a DNA is more than 7 days old you are unable to amend the appointment at all, the only options you have via right click are:
- View clipboard
- Copy
- Deselect all
However, when an appointment is within 7 days, for example a DNA from this morning. The following options are available.
- View clipboard
- Change status
- Move
- Copy
- Cancel appointments
- Deselect all
To edit an appointment status in the history from the last 7 days for example a DNA:
- Right click on the appointment, this is ticked and highlighted
- The floating toolbar displays.
- Select Change status from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose the status type.
- The appointment moves from DNA into Past when the screen refreshes.
